We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Content Assistant to join our team on a part-time, freelance basis to help primarily with blog uploading and formatting.

Coast 360 Digital Marketing is a leading digital marketing agency based in Cornwall, UK. We specialise in helping tourism businesses thrive online, working with clients such as holiday cottage agencies, hotels, tour companies, and activity providers.
What You’ll Do:
As a Digital Content Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in our content strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to:
Upload and Format Blog Articles:
- Upload blog articles to WordPress (or a similar platform)
- Format articles into easy-to-read paragraphs and sections
- Add hyperlinks to internal and external sources
- Source and resize relevant images
- Proofread and correct errors for clarity and consistency
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail: You’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality of the published content.
- Basic computer skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and photo editing software would be helpful. A good internet connection is required for remote working.
- Good communication skills: You’ll be liaising with writers and editors.
- Ability to work independently: You’ll be working remotely and should be able to manage your time effectively.
- WordPress experience helpful, but not essential: We’ll provide detailed instructions, but prior experience with WordPress or a similar publishing platform can be beneficial.
- Experience using social media and email marketing platforms helpful, but not essential: Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, social media scheduling tools and email marketing software such as Mailchimp would be an advantage.
